Symptoms
Address Book (F0101) records can be set up as the parent or child of other A/B records in the Address Organization Structure Master (F0150) table. There can even be strings and groups of grandparent, parent, and child records.
Clients may have the need to show these lists or strings of A/B records on a report. For example if in the F0150 there is the following setup:

The report that is needed would show the following:
