Symptoms

One or more orphaned records were found in the Price Adjustment History Work File (F40UI74).  If the orphaned record are not removed from the  Price Adjustment History Work File (F40UI74),  it could cause a failure to update an order due to a Duplicate Key Violation during order entry.

Steps to duplicate

  1. Start databrowser and open the Price Adjustment History Work File (F40UI74)
  2. Click Find.
  3. There should be no records in the file
