Symptoms

When attempting to use a Form Service P01012 for Supplier/Employee entry (which are created by Record a Process), the previously assigned number always comes back 0 for the Supplier/Employee.

You have recorded another process for Customer using P01012 and this one returns the previously assigned number correctly.
