With a process and CO item, for specific WO quantities (105 and 150 PL), when completing a partial of 1 PL, the resulting quantity in P31115 CO/BY Completion Revision is bigger with a few decimals than when completing a 1 PL WO.
- Create a Process Item P40792 and a Co Item 40792. Both items have a UOM Conversion of 1 PL = 12200 EA. For Process, the Production UOM = PL and for the Co, the Production UOM = EA.
- When creating a work order for 1 PL and completing 1 PL with P31114, the system suggests to complete 12200 EA in P31115.
- When creating a work order for 100 PL and completing 1 PL with P31114, the system suggests to complete 12200 EA in P31115.
- When creating a work order for 105 PL and completing 1 PL with P31114, the system suggests to complete 12200,0006 EA in P31115.
In the occasion that an item was used that has a different number of EA stacked on a pallet, the order quantity of 105 PL will not be a problem.
Customer has also seen the same behaviour with the order quantity of 150 PL for an item with UOM 12200 EA per pallet.
