E1:31: R4801Z1 (Inbound Work Orders) Not Updating Start Time (F4801T.SEST) and End Time (F4801T.SEET) in F4801T Tag File (Doc ID 2828566.1)

Symptoms

The new inbound work order processor P4801Z1/R4801Z1I to create work orders does not update the Start Time (F4801T.SEST) and End Time (F4801T.SEET) in the F4801T tag file. The dates (STRT and DRQJ) are updated as expected.
However, the  time columns Start/End Time are not updated.

Steps:

  1. Enter P48013Z1 Grid
  2. Populate the needed fields including Start Time (F4801T.SEST) and End Time (F4801T.SEET)
  3. Run R4801z1I
  4.  Notice that Start/End Time (F4801T.SEST)/(F4801T.SEET) are not updated
