Symptoms
When applying transfer markup to a configured item, only the P rules costs are used for the calculation.
Customer is asking that also R rules and X rules costs are included in the markup calculation. The R and X costs make up 30% percent of the total cost, so the corresponding markup is lost.
Or, the markup to be applied at configured item level that would include all the subsequent costs.
