Symptoms

When attempting to execute an orchestration that calls a Service Request that submits a UBE. The Orchestration seems unable to return UBE completion information and is throwing an exception because in the F986110 there are multiple entries in said file with the same job number (JCJOBNBR) with different hosts/environments.
