Symptoms

 Orphaned records have been identified in the Purchase Order Header Work File (F4301Z) and/or Purchase Order Generator File (F4311Z).

When orphaned records remain in temporary table (F4301Z/F4311Z) this will increase the risk of subsequent INSERT statements to fail. Programs using these tables will stop processing: Purchase Order Entry (P4310),  Purchase Order Generator (P43032), Order Release (P43060)
