Symptoms

A blank or zero unique key has been detected in the Supplemental Data table (F00092).
The next number for the Unique Key ID (UKID) in the Supplemental Data (F00092) is stored in the Next Unique Number (P00022) program.
Supplemental Data table (F00092) should be populated with a valid value for all records to prevent errors when adding, changing or deleting a record.

Steps to identify the records:

1. Start Databrowser and open F00092
2. Do Query with no specific criteria and sort the records by UKID ascending to identify the records.
