(Doc ID 2830729.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 28, 2021
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Entry - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When user changes the quantity in a specific line in a sales order and this line goes to workflow approval, system is not updating weight and volume for that specific line in F4211. After we get the workflow approved, it is noticed that it updates the quantity but it is displaying same old values for weight and volume. Also, system is storing correct values on Audit Log Transaction (F42420) table. If using a version of P4210 that does not call workflow the fields are correctly updated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup JDESOCHNG Workflow
2. P4210; Enter Transportation Sales Order with one line, set the quantity for 10 EA.
3 Confirm the shipment for that specific line. This will advance the line status
4 Change the quantity in the line from 10 EA to 20 EA
5 The Sales order will be sent for Workflow approval
6. After approval, the system will update the quantity on F4211 but it will not update the Weight and Volume.
7 If we verify the table F42420, we will be able to see the correct values on that table.
