Processing Demand Scheduling data some of the part numbers in the P40R12 - CUM Maintenance are not getting updated with the customer cum ((CCUMSQY)) and they continue to stay at 0. This is causing us issues with demand and subsequent sales orders.

1.) How is the Customer CUM Shipped Quantity updated?

2.) Which field is used in calculating what to ship? Is it the CCUMRQY - Customer CUM Received Quantity field?
