E1:52: Media Object Attachment Icon not Displaying Correctly on Work With Contract Master (P5201) (Doc ID 2832253.1)

Symptoms

Work With Contract Master P5201 is not displaying the media object attachment icon after saving the attachment(s) made to the contract.Launch Contract Master Revisions P5201 and attach some text or file/URL attachment(s) and save the modification.Go back to Work With Contract Master P5201 inquiry screen and found there is no attachment icon displayed under the Attachments column on the grid.

Notice that when clicking on the Search for Attachments icon displayed on the header of the grid, the attachments icon is showing correctly on the contract line, but it's getting disappeared when clicking on the Find icon from the main menu of the form.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Work With Contract Master P5201.
  2. Click on FIND.
  3. Select a contract line to launch the Contract Master Revisions P5201 form, then on Attachments to attach a text or files to the contract line.
  4. Save the modification.
  5. Go back to Work With Contract Master P5201 inquiry screen and found there is no attachment icon displayed on the contract line.
  6. Click on the Search for Attachments icon displayed on the header of the grid and see the attachments icon showing on the contract line, then click on the Find icon from the main menu and notice the attachments icon is getting cleared.
