Symptoms

Fields Do Not Default the same for P4101/P41026 (Item Master/Item Branch/Plant) when running R4101Z1I - Item Master Unedited Transactions Inbound Processor.

The following fields do not default the same. When we manually enter the an item master/item branch record manually (through P4101/P41026), the values are 0. When we use R4101Z1I, the values are blank.

Fields in question:

DPPO (dual picking process option)
XDCK (cross-docking flag)
KBIT (kanban item) )
DFENDITM (demand flow end item flag)
KANEXLL (Kanban explode to lower level)
SCPSELL (sellable item)
COORE (country of origin required flag)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. P4101Z1 - populate the necessary fields into the F4101Z1 table.

2. Set values blank for:

DPPO (dual picking process option)
XDCK (cross-docking flag)
KBIT (kanban item) )
DFENDITM (demand flow end item flag)
KANEXLL (Kanban explode to lower level)
SCPSELL (sellable item)
COORE (country of origin required flag)

3. Run R4101Z1I to generate the F4101 record. Notice the fields listed above are blank when they should be populated like interactive input and contain a zero.

4. Modify the F4101Z1 in order to generate F4102 records.

5. Run R4101Z1I to generate the F4102 record. Notice that the above fields fields are blank in F4102.

Business Impact:

Users have to return back to each record and populate the fields interactively which is extremely time consuming.
