2. Fast Path to P07210 payroll workbench and run payroll for an employee who works in Oregon (tax area 380510460)
3. Confirm new Metro tax calculated F3
4. Run payroll reports for R073162 State Tax Distribution Summary
5. Notice R073162 is not listing the tax type F3
