Symptoms

In tools release 9.2.5.X, user gets the following Object Creation Errors Error ID 139L when trying to copy any Table Conversion (custom or standard TC) in OMW on the fat client.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. On fat client, enter OMW in fast path
  2. In OMW application P98220, Highlight on a Table Conversion UBE
  3. Click Copy button
  4. Enter new TC name
  5. Copy failed with above errors
