Symptoms
After successfully building a package from the web application P9601W - Package Assembly, you are not able to deploy it using P9631W - Package Deployment.
Receiving the following error message:
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps on the web client:
1. Fast path to P9601W - Package Assembly and assemble a package.
2. Fast path to P9621W - Package Definition to define and submit a package build.
3. Fast path to P9631W - Package Deployment or from the Package Definition screen, click Deployment from Row exit to create a deployment record.
