Unable to login to PO Approval Progressive Web App (PWA) to view the Chart of purchase Orders

Followed the instructions to configure PO Approval App but login fails with "Error response during RestAction", "Session Expired!".  Also, the Chart is empty.

Used this document for getting started with the setup and configuration.
