Symptoms

Legacy orchestration reads csv file correctly. One of the columns has a data format of "last name, first name". In previous tools release it was treated as one column and now it is being treated as 2 columns being separated by the comma in between.

Service Request behavior for cost component upload via CSV Import Orchestration using "Branch Plant" instead "last name, first name" as an example:
