Symptoms

After upgrading the Tools Release to 9.2.6.1 and using the Database Server as ‘Oracle Autonomous Database 19c’, when trying to install 9.2 Planner ESU JN19147 on the Deployment Server the following error appears in JDE.log:

Also, when running any UBE from Deployment Server which requires to connect Database Server (Oracle Autonomous DB), the above error can be seen in logs.
