Symptoms

In P3002/W3002A Form (must select Record to enter this form) for the Grid, the users are not seeing All the fields available. My client is specifically looking for the URRF and URAB items. However, all Fields after the Feature Cost Percent [F3002.F$RP] Do NOT show up but they do with Form button selected. In addition, also notice that the Feature Cost Percent [F3002.F$RP] field shows an X as it has been selected but has Not actually be used. Also, when All Non Hidden Item/Columns are selected, they get populated in the Header, which is wrong.

There are Three Problems with P3002/W3002A Form when using Form Extensions with the Grid Selected
1. Feature Cost Percent [F3002.F$RP] should Not Default an X  as it looks like its being used but is not.
2. All Available Fields should be Available to add  (no Items available after Feature Cost Percent [F3002.F$RP] but they are with Form button)
3. Non Hidden Items (fields/columns) should not be added to the Header (They should be added to the Grid)

Steps:

  1.  Login to E1
  2.  Fastpath to P3002. Item Number:220, Branch/Plant:M30. Click Find.
  3.  Select a Record and Click on Form Extension Icon on the W3002A Form
  4.  Select Grid radio button
  5.  Search the last Grid Item Field at the bottom -  Feature Cost Percent [F3002.F$RP]
  6.  Notice that this field appear to be select (X) but is not actually Selected.
  7.  Notice no other Grid DD Items show up after the Feature Cost Percent[F3002.F$RP] (they are with Form button)
  8.  In addition,  Only the Selection Of Hidden Items/columns actually show up in the Grid
  9.  All other Non Hidden Items (Fields/Columns) when Selected show up in the Header.
