Symptoms
Up until a certain time period, reports run fine, then a report, in this example, the R09J500 Report
Then, the UBE remains at processing (WSJ status P). Client tried to submit the UBE multiple times today, all with the same result.
This has a large impact depending on the report, but it may not block all jobs, only specific ones, depending on the table.
Upon further research, the report runs several queries with 'no lock' as below:
