E1: UBE: Enterprise Server Freezes Randomly And Needs To Be Bounced Everyday (Doc ID 2835218.1)

Enterprise Server freezes randomly and needs to be bounced every day in order to solve the issue.

The JDE application is going to a freeze mode and batches hang in S [Submitted] status and the external scheduler jobs can't submit RUNUBE.

Navigation seems to be OK, sometimes the login is quite long, sometimes users can't log in.

The server can't be accessed by Remote Desktop although CPU is less than 5 % and RAM used less than 70%.

The issue cannot be reproduced at will. It is a random issue.
