E1: 42: Sales Order Entry (P4210/P42101) Header Attachment Disappears When Re-Inquiry (Doc ID 2835847.1)

Symptoms

An attachment is added to the sales order header using P4210 or P42101. When re-inquiring on the order in P42101 or P4210, the media object icon disappear for this attachment.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Select a sales order in P42101 or P4210.Take Row exit and add an attachment to the order header.
  2. Save the order. The media object icon for attachment occurs in P4210 or P42101. The attachment is also saved in the F00165 Media Objects storage table.
  3. Re-inquire on the order in P42101 or P4210. Note that the Attachments icon disappear.
