(Doc ID 2836222.1)

Symptoms
Currently, Standard Costing, by design, does not create variances. In addition, the customer is looking for a way to revalue wine after a change to the (F4105) standard cost. Currently, Standard Costing doesn't have a way to capture the change and revalue the wine lot. Example: wine can sit in a Tank/Barrel for a long time without creating an Operation. If the user changes the Standard Cost (F4105), there is no functionality to revalue after changing the standard cost.
Running R31B30 isn't an option, as it's for Cost Adjustments of the grape costs. In addition, Expense Spreading isn't a valid solution for the customer either.
