For Lessee Accounting Leases set up in Real Estate Management - When setting up Recurring Billing (P1502) with a billing frequencies monthly, quarterly and so on with the payment mode set to In Advance the Create Amortization Schedule (R15170)  is not calculating the interest for the first payments period.  In addition, the interest calculated is based on beginning balance rather the balance less payment amount. 

With the correction in the interest calculation, the negative value created for the last payment is corrected and now has no interest calculated for the last payment.
