E1: 43: Ability to Trigger Approval Processing from PO Speed Status Update (P43025) when the Version of Purchase Order Entry (P4310) Called Is Set Accordingly
(Doc ID 2840565.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 30, 2022
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement and Subcontract Management - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Currently, if the next status on a purchase order is advanced using the PO Speed Status Update (P43025), the order will not go into the approval process, even though the processing options of the P4310 called has approval enabled and the new status updated is the Awaiting Approval Status. Therefor, the P43025 is updating the status but not causing the order to show in the Purchase Order Approvals (P43081) for approval.
The request is to add logic behind P43025 application to trigger approval processing, if the version of P4310 called is set accordingly.
