E1: 04: Payment Header and Detail (F0413/F0414) Data Integrity (Missing F0414 Details) Issue (Doc ID 2840587.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 26, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Payable - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

No matching Payment ID from Accounts Payable - Matching Document (F0413) table has been detected in the Accounts Payable Matching Document Detail (F0414) table.
There should be a corresponding Payment ID (PYID) in the F0414 (payments details) if exists in F0413 (payment header).
Therefore the users will have to ensure that the Payment ID from F0413 exists in F0414 table.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Start Databrowser and open F0413 table
  2. Sort by field Payment ID (PYID) and see if there is a matching PYID in F0414
