Goal

Is capacity doubled when a Work Center (WC) exists in multiple Branch Plants (BP)?

For example: A single WC exists in two different BP with BP1 = Production (Prod) and BP2 = Research and Development (R&D). Would running capacity against one BP (in this case, the Prod BP) have a first priority and the second branch plant, BP2, be available to use the remaining capacity for new product testing?
