Using One Click Provisioning console on premise, during the Oracle Database server configuration, an error is reported and the provisioning cannot continue.

The messages captured into the input validation debug log collected from E1ProvisionPrime\InputValidation\log\ folder shows the following messages:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login on Provisioning Console
2. Start defining the deployment
3. During the database deployment definition, for the field named "JDE DB Install Directory", an error is reported saying "Invalid path - The directory <directory> you entered already exists in <path> path. Enter a directory name that is unique", although the E:\JDEDB folder does not exist.
