OMW Erase check-out on Object deletes all versions not checked in.
When doing an Erase Checkout from a fat client, for a UBE object, it will delete any Versions UBEVER associated with this object that have not been checked-in, for all users, regardless of the user or machine they were created on.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User1 creating UBE versions for R014021 from BV, without check-out
2. User2 checks out the R014021 to look at the object from OMW
3. User2 does Erase Checkout on R014021
4. Click on Yes,  "User Spec records for the logged in user exist for the object whose checkout record is being erased. Do you want to delete them?"
5. All created UBEVER not check-in will be deleted, regardless of user or machine where they were created
6. The same behavior happens with Release Token. If click Yes, the new UBEVER is deleted
