Symptoms

When processing Inventory Transactions like Inventory Issues (P4112), Transfer (P4113) and Adjustments (P4114) a Cost file (F4105) Table lock and Web exception errors are displayed. 

Steps:

  1. Open P4114 and add Inventory Adjustment for an item and click on Save
  2. Notice that after clicking Save button error "Web exception" is displayed
