Symptoms
Customer is connecting to AIS server using token based authentication. The token is generated based on an E1 user jas session.
The authentication token is generated as per below Oracle document (external form and soft coding record in P954000)

The generated token is passed on to VBCS system and from there to the AIS server to call an Orchestration API.
The following error message is returned when the authentication token is passed from VBCS to AIS or Postman tool to AIS.
