Symptoms

Applied latest Planner ESU successfully.  

When attempting to apply ESU, example JN19199, when the Environment is selected, in the Electronic Software Updates screen (P96470), receive on screen Error: Desc User JDE, not Authorized 

 

Unchecked Create OMW Project and Package Assembly as noted on document E1: ESU: Error "Error: DESC User JDE, not authorized" When Install Electronic Software Update To PS920 Pathcode (Doc ID 2428631.1)   Still received error.
