Symptoms

Credit memo create via BSSV for an original sales order which has price history (alias: SO09) populated to value "1"; even though price history (F4074) data is created, the credit memo does not populate price history (ALIAS:SO09) field in F4211 table.

Steps:

  1. P4210 – Have an existing sales order – Original sales order with Advanced Pricing, F4211 Price History (Alias:SO09) is populated to value “1”
  2. Using SOAPUI, run BSSV JP420000 (processSalesOrder - JP420010) to create a credit memo. It creates credit sales order 581/CO
  3. See in F4211 data table that even though Price History (F4074) is correctly created, the price history (Alias:SO09) field in Sales Order Detail table is not populated
