Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

To comply with the business needs, the customer would like to utilize VR02, VR03, and all user-reserved fields from F4201/F4211 for the sales order entry P42101 application. Currently, these fields are not available on the header order entry sub-form S421001E of P42101. These fields are not available on the details entry of P42101 sub-forms either without modification after installing Bug 25641779. See 2241700.1 - E1: 42: Additional Columns Added in the Grid on Sales Order Entry (P42101)

P42101 SO entry forms do not have 'Form extension' futures available due to the power edit form.

P40HDR (Define Header Columns to Detail Table) does not have these fields for auto-populating from header to details.

Add Reference 2 (VR02) and Reference (VR03) along with the following user reserved fields to the Sales Order Entry order header form and P40HDR for activation:

  1. User Reserved Code (URCD)
  2. User Reserved Date (URDT)
  3. User Reserved Amount (URAT)
  4. User Reserved Number (URAB)
  5. User Reserved Reference (URRF)
