Symptoms

When attempting to start the E1 services on Linux/Unix Enterprise Server from command line, or while running PORTTEST, the following error is reported into the terminal window:

While running RunOneWorld.sh script:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is freshly installed or changes were made to the user profile used to start the E1 services
