E1: 46: 49: Shipment Number (SHPN) Is Blanked Out On Sales Order When Processing A Warehouse Pick Request/Suggestion Through P4617 - Pick Confirmation (Doc ID 2849899.1)

When processing a Warehouse picking request through P4617 - Pick Confirm the shipment number (F4211.SHPN) is blanked out on the related sales order. The shipment is cancelled (status 99) in F4215 and the F4942 record is deleted. What seems to be causing the issue is when the shipment in P4915 has a promised ship date in the past. It seems as when the promised ship date in P4915 is the current day or in the future then there is no issue. Customer is using an integration with 3PL to process the shipments and update the data in EnterpriseOne. Customer has tested multiple orders in pristine and compared them to the DV environment with the same result.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. create sales order in P4210
2. approve shipment to status 25 (P4915), Sales order is at staus 528/535
3. Run outside 3PL process that takes shipment to status 26
4. Run outside 3PL process that takes shipment to status 27 and Sales order to status 545/550
5. Approve shipment for picking (P4915), shipment status goes to 29, order goes to next status 550
6. Process and confirm picking suggestion (P4617)
