E1: GRID: Grid Export To Excel To A New Workbook Does Not Get Prompt To Save The File (Doc ID 2849961.1)

Symptoms

Using Linux Web Server or Solaris for HTML server.
Upgrading Tools Release to 9.2.5.4 or later and having ActiveX controls set to false.

In Export Assistant, when using the 'Export to Excel > Export to a new Workbook' option, nothing gets prompted after clicking on the Continue button and the Export
Operation does not work. There is no error on the screen, after click Continue from the export screen, the screen just flashes, but nothing happens.

NOTE: If choosing other options, 'Export to Excel > Export to an existing Workbook', 'Export to Word', 'Export to Comma Separated Values (CSV)', and 'Export to Clipboard', they work as expected. Also, the Export to Excel - New Workbook, works if ActiveX=true.
