For Canadian year-end, both the T4 and T4A instructions forms are printing only one page of instruction even though there is more than one employee in year-end.

Steps To Duplicate:

1. FP to P77100 and run the CA year-end work file build with more than one employee;
2. Print T4;
3. Notice the T4 employer copy instructions and T4 employee copy instruction printed only one page of instruction;
4. Similar issue happens with T4A instruction also.
