Symptoms
Customer is running the R41411 - Select Items for Cycle Count UBE on a daily/weekly basis and intermittently the job ends in error and causes a zombie kernel in server manager. The next time the same version is run it completes successfully. The issue very intermittent and there does not appear to be a pattern. Different versions have been tested and all show the same behavior. The issue can be duplicated in Test (PY) and Production (PD) environments and has been happening on and off since upgrading to the 9.2 release.
