Symptoms
In Installment Revision (P00145, form W00145D), the field Percent of Installment (PSPL) only allows 3 digits.
For example 3 equal Installments are currently defined as having the following Percent of Installment: 33.333, 33.333, 33.333.
The field should allow more digits in order to have more accurate calculations for Installment Pay Items (e.g. 33.33333333, 33.33333333, 33.33333334).
