 When DEL1 And DEL2 are added to the Header of P4310_W4310B using Form Extension and Personal Forms, the fields are not displaying correctly during Add Mode

STEPS TO DUPLICATE
==============

1. Set up Delivery instructions for Supplier and Shipto where DEL1 is for Supplier and DEL2 is for Shipto

2. Create Form Extension to include DEL1 and DEL2 on Header form P4310_W4310B. Make sure to Select Check Box for Add Mode

3. Create Personal Form to include these fields

4. Make sure processing options are set to Display Header first on Add. 

5. Add new Purchase Order (PO). See that only the Supplier instructions are displayed

6. Save the PO and then inquire on the new PO. See that DEL1 and DEL2 are displayed correctly.
