Is there a way to update an incorrect gl class code field (GLPT) value via the Sales Order Entry (P4210) Row Exit for Additional Details if the field is grayed out/ protected?

How does this work for regular stock and nonstock items?
How does this work for Kit parent and component lines?

Example:
G/L class code (GLPT) could be incorrect and would like the ability to update it via Row Exit/ Additional Details. An incorrect gl class code can write to the wrong account related to the DMAAI setup at Sales Update (R42800)

Allow all component line data to be editable or at minimum: 

• Sales Taxable Y/N
• Tax Explanation Code
• Tax Rate/Area
