Goal

Why can the address on the mailing tab of Address Book Revisions application (P01012) not be changed if the Effective Address Date option was initially selected in the Address Book Constants (P0000) and then turned off? The change is reflected in the Address By Date table (F0116), but not in the Address Book Revisions application (P01012).
