Symptoms

In Bank Statement Review/Entry (P09160), when setting the Processing Options to preload records for a specific Account ID, error 4371 - Invalid Input Parameter is displayed when opening the program.

Steps

  1. In Interactive Versions (IV), set Processing Options for a version of Bank Statement Review/Entry (P09160) as follows:
    - 1. Short account ID for the default bank account set to an existing Account ID
    - 4. Pre-load records set to 1 = Pre-load records
  2. Enter the P09160 version configured above
  3. Verify error 4371 - Invalid Input Parameter is displayed in the program
