When attempting to restore a project which includes Data Dictionary items from a .par file via OMW (Object Management Workbench), error 138F is generated:

     Error ID: 138F
     Description: General Error in method, Restore

Steps:

1. Sign into Web Dev
2. Fastpath to OMW (P98220)
3. Follow the steps included in E1: OMW: Saving or Restoring Objects Specifications into or from a ZIP / PAR file in OMW (Doc ID 654394.1) - - "Steps to Restore Object from a PAR file" section.
4. Confirm error is generated.
