Symptoms
Recurring Billing Generation (R15100) when run in proof mode does not validate against AAIs or GL date
STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Lease (P1501)
2. Create Recurring Billing (P1502)
3. Run Recurring Billing Generation (R1500) in proof mode
If there are errors, they should be shown on report in proof mode, so the error may be corrected prior to running the generation in final mode.
