Goal

The Address Book contains multiple records which have both the Secondary Alpha Name (field ALP1) and the Secondary Mailing Name (field MLN1) in Chinese characters. When a user logs into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with a profile language = 'CS' (Simplified Chinese), and searches on the Secondary Alpha Name using Chinese characters, only one of the Address Book records is retrieved. Why are the rest of the related address book records not shown?
