E1: 07: P07107 - Wage Attachment Fee Not Restarting When Thru Date On Wage Attachment is Removed (Doc ID 2855837.1)

Symptoms

Wage attachment has a Thru Date added which end dates both the wage attachment DBA and the Fee DBA on the Employee DBA instructions.  When you get notification that the wage attachment should be reactivated you remove the Thru Date in the Wage Attachment Workbench (P07107). This process removes the end date on the EE DBA instructions for the wage attachment DBA but does not remove the end date for the Fee DBA. The system will not allow you to manually remove the end date on the associated Fee DBA causing it not calculate.

Steps:

1. Employer receives notification that a wage attachment has been reinstated and should continue to be withheld along with the associated fees.
2. Open Wage Attachment in workbench (P07107) and remove thru date to reactivate the wage attachment.
3. Review Employee DBA instructions and see that the end date is removed for the Wage Attachment DBA but not for the Fee DBA.
4. The Fee DBA will not calculate because the end date cannot be removed.
