Last updated on APRIL 04, 2025

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When running 349 model (R74S200) the inserted Company TaxID in F74S90 (STID.F74S90) and F74S91 (STID.F74S91, SCVT.F74S91) is wrong. This is happening if VIES validation is also actived and, if this is activated, the Tax ID for Spanish company needs to be set up using country code in front.

STEPS
1. P0092 – enable Spain localization
2. Set the UDC 70/TI, 74/VV, and P0100041 Address Book MBF to use VIES for TaxID validation
3. P01012 - Try to enter a TaxID without country code – an error occurs
4. P01012 has TaxID set with country code for company and supplier
5. P0411 -  Add a voucher and post the batch
6. Run R74S200 Model 349 - Generate Acquisitions Records - Spain - 03B
7. Check F74S90 and F74S91 and notice that STID.F74S90 and STID.F74S91 are filled with ES+ first 7 digits of Tax ID.
8. Run R74S220 Model 349 - Generate Tape File - Spain - 03B
9. P007101  Work With Text Batches – save the txt file
